Investing

Everyone wants to invest in real estate. But to be successful requires a full time commitment. After all if it were easy – everybody would be doing it. While there are great riches to be mined – the pits can be deep. From seeking out opportunities to closing the deal, renovation to lease-up and management to maintenance and of course building equity, increasing value and cash flow requires a huge commitment to be successful. Sean Perkin & Associates are these people and we love what we do. Mainly through referrals we allow accredited investors to co-invest as Limited Partners right alongside us. Call us if you’d like to know more.

Investing in real estate is a tried and true method for accumulating wealth. As an investment it offers numerous benefits including the use of leverage, depreciation, numerous tax benefits, cash flow and equity accumulation. However, investing in real estate is not a short term play. By nature it is illiquid and it typically takes many years to generate any sizeable return on your original investment. If you’re not bred to be a “hands on” operator you’re best off investing through a reputable firm that offers interest through equity or debt arrangements under the structure of a real estate syndication, limited partnership, Tenant In Common or general partnership. Sean Perkin & Associates works with accredited investors (those with a net worth of at least $1,000,000) and develops long term strategies (3-10 years) for accumulating tax deferred wealth through the acquisition, renovation, management and disposition of real estate assets. All investments are single purpose (1 asset per legal entity) and can range from opportunistic funds that are aggressive (fix and flip single family homes) and can potentially provide double and triple digit returns to more conservative plays such as apartment buildings that requires long term management, unit turnover and appreciation of the asset due to rising rental rates and inflation with returns in the single digits.

If you would like to know more about investing either in partnership with Sean Perkin & Associates or within our Limited Partnership syndications please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
